Who is Phoeb?

Phoeb is an experienced pilates instructor and clinical exercise physiologist. She has been working in rehab, health, fitness and wellness settings for over 6 years and is passionate about helping more people move more. She uses her love of movement to educate and inspire industry professionals and the every person to exercise in ways that work for them and feel their best.

I’m a beginner, what online program do you recommend?

The best place to start is with Vol. 1 Essential Moves. This is an 8 part introductory pilates program, explaining and demonstrating the basics and progressively increasing intensity and challenge across the sessions. All programs provide modifications and progressions so can be suited to all levels.

Do I need pilates equipment?

Basic pilates equipment is useful for all online programs (Essential Moves, Dynamic Moves and Mighty Moves). This includes light dumbbells, resistance bands and a pilates ball. Substitutions are possible if you don’t have all the equipment.

The Pilates Passport requires no equipment - it can be completed wherever and whenever.

What is the cost of online Movement by Phoeb?

My online pilates programs (Essential Moves, Dynamic Moves and Mighty Moves) are $59 AUD per program. These include 8 classes and unlimited access so they can be completed as many times as you like.

The Pilates Passport (on the go mini pilates workouts) is $35 AUD. This includes 20 short workouts and you will have unlimited access to the workouts.
