About the Platform

Movement By Phoeb is a platform that encourages movement for all. This platform encourages movement regardless of your fitness journey, your daily battles, your lifestyle or your capabilities. With years of experience in health, wellness and clinical exercise settings, I have grown passionate about sharing the benefits of movement with those around me. It is my desire to create and share movement opportunities for more people to feel good. 

This platform displays my love for movement in many forms. My love for movement has continued to grow over my life and sharing movement is now the cornerstone of my career as an exercise physiologist and pilates professional. I want to help you discover how movement can make today, and the next day, a little brighter. 

Introducing Phoeb

All content is created by me, Phoeb, an experienced pilates instructor and clinical exercise physiologist. From group fitness and  individual tailored exercise to clinical rehab, I have experience working with all populations towards varied movement and health goals. The common theme I have observed and carried through my work is that there are forms of movement for everyone, it’s just a matter of finding them. Guiding people through movement is such a special job and I love the work that I do. 

For me, movement makes me feel strong, it makes me feel grounded and it makes me feel the most like me. It is my goal to help you build a positive relationship with movement, whatever that looks like to you.

 My pilates programs and workouts are intentionally designed to meet you wherever you are in your movement journey. With the flexibility to access whenever and wherever you please, they are the beginning of your newest movement chapter. 

I designed my online programs with the simple hope of getting more people moving more! We all face unique barriers to exercise and movement in our daily lives and I hope that by bringing the movement to you, with the click of a button, you can start to prioritise your own movement, connect with your body and feel the benefits of consistent practice on your health!
